PREMIER DUO™ ORIGINAL SOLID BOARD

The Original PremierDuo™ Solid is designed to offer maximum physical and chemical stability in conservation and archival applications.
Manufactured from Heritage Archival pHotokraft™ paper, it provides a medium that neutralizes the acidity of stored objects, ensuring a safe and durable conservation environment.

The gray exterior is resistant to dirt, dust, grease, and abrasion, while the white interior maintains a clean, neutral surface.
It has a high alpha cellulose fiber content, a minimum alkaline reserve of 2% (CaCO₃), and is laminated with EVACON R adhesive (plasticizer-free, pH 7).
Its surface, treated with pure non-ionic flour starch, offers excellent mechanical strength, durability, and chemical compatibility with archival and museum materials.

It complies with ISO 9706 (Permanence), ISO 18916 (Photographic Activity Test – PAT), and ASTM D1300 (lignin-free) standards, as well as Blue Wool 5 (BS 1006:97 / TAPPI T475) standards for lightfastness.
It is a recommended material for the manufacture of boxes, Solander boxes, folders and portfolios, and provides a solid basis for custom conservation solutions.
