Shipping and returns

Arte&Memoria 's shipments are made through the logistics operator DHL.


Delivery times

Some products may be subject to stock availability. If the requested product is not available in our warehouse, we will notify you by e-mail.

For shipments outside mainland Spain, please consult the delivery time with our customer service:

Delivery times are approximate. If for reasons beyond our control there is any delay, our customer service will inform you.

Important:
Arte&Memoria is not responsible for delays or incidents resulting from a change of address or incomplete or incorrect delivery data. In these cases, the costs of possible re-deliveries or second deliveries will be paid by the addressee.
We recommend you to carefully check the shipping address when you receive the order confirmation.


Shipment tracking

You will be able to track your order using the shipment reference code that you will receive by e-mail with the delivery note. With this code you will be able to check the status of the package on the carrier's website.


Warehouse pickup

Currently, our online store service does not allow orders to be picked up at our warehouse.
If you need more information, please contact our customer service.


Shipping and handling

For orders to mainland Spain, Arte&Memoria will apply a charge of 12,00 € + VAT for preparation and delivery.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact our customer service.

For international orders outside Spain, our online store service will contact you to confirm shipping costs and payment procedure.
