TAKO-BAKE

A small, thick-bodied brush that uses stiff deer hair.
Used for detailed brushing work.
Originally used by traditional Japanese kite artists, the name comes from the Japanese word for kite, "tako."
The brush was used to paint black whiskers on the face of the kite.
The thick body of the brush is ideal for drawing solid, unbroken lines.
